The application form
Every answer quotes the approved plan — word for word, number for number.
The form asks questions your plan already answers, and the reviewer reads the two side by side. Every paraphrase is a discrepancy they must stop and reconcile — a sample that drifted by two, a site renamed, a recruitment channel that appears in one document and not the other.
None of those are flaws in your project. All of them are findings against your folder. Quote the plan; give the reviewer nothing to chase.
